Excellent service. They picked me up and even gave me a ride home. Enterprise explained all of my options and gave me the best price for my situation. I would recommend this car rental company to everyone I know. Their vehicles are in tip top shape but what I like the most is their availability across the country, especially in places where renting a car/truck is hard to come by.
The rental prices are much better than their competitors. For the size of the airport the options are great. Also, if needed they can also get a car from Greensburg. The staff is really polite and looks interested in doing business.
The Dodge was very clean, tires were in very good shape, and the Enterprise people were nice. I felt safe with the rental car.
While the counter service was nice the overall customer service at this location is truly appalling. Because they are “busy” they neglect to take care of the individual customer, and somehow that’s my fault. No walk through was even mentioned while picking up the car. Then when returning they want me to pay for a small crack in the windshield that there is no proof wasn’t there to begin with. When I spoke to the manager she indicated it was my fault I didn’t ask for a walk through, I don’t work for enterprise, I’m the customer. It’s your responsibility to provide the walk through or ask if I want one. Payed $140 for a compact car that was returned 22 hours after pick up. Outrageous and will be calling corporate. Not returning to this company again.
